Your key tasks in the position:

• formation of an integrated project schedule at all stages: P, R, procurement, equipment production, delivery, construction, installation, commissioning;
• creating a baseline schedule (Baseline) actuality;
• regular update of the actual progress of work (weekly / monthly);
• control of compliance with deadlines by contractors and subcontractors;
• analysis of deviations and early detection of risks of delays;
• construction of a critical path (Critical Path) and its constant revision;
• preparation of forecasts (Forecast) of the completion of work shifts and scenarios schedule;
• consolidation of schedules from all contractors into a single structure;
• preparation of project status reports for the project manager and top management;
• support of project meetings: provision of updated schedules, visualizations, analysis;
• work with engineering, design and construction documentation;
• coordination of schedule changes with all parties (Engineer of Record, EPC, engineers, builders, technology providers).

To be successful in the position, you will need:

• higher technical education (construction, industrial construction, engineering, technology);
• understanding of the full cycle of realization of industrial objects.
• experience from 3 years of experience in planning construction or industrial objects;
• experience in projects of factories, elevators, large engineering structures - an advantage;
• work in Project Management Office, EPC/EPCM structures or on the investor's side;
• possession of MS Project is mandatory;
• understanding of construction technology of industrial facilities: earthworks, concrete, metal structures, installation of equipment, networks;
• analytical, systematic, attention to details;
• ability to work with large amounts of information;
• communication and the ability to defend a position on technical issues meetings;
