Project Coordinator in StrategEast

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our ambitious initiatives connected to the development of digital economies in Eurasia and beyond. This role requires a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills who can handle correspondence, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, conduct analysis, and oversee project coordination. The Project Coordinator will be reporting directly to the Regional Director for the Gulf states, Ukraine, and Moldova. Languages Required: English & Ukrainian (Fluent)Experience Level: Entry-Level Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions.Handle correspondence with donors, partners, government agencies, and contractors.Draft official letters, meeting summaries, reports, and briefings.Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and seminars, including logistics and participant coordination.Prepare regular project updates and reports.Analyze project data and present insights in structured formats.Support cross-functional communication within the team and with external stakeholders.Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.Requirements1+ year of experience in a global organization, international nonprofit, or consultancy firm.Understanding of the digital economy and IT sector.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.About StrategEastStrategEast is a leading independent institution dedicated to advancing the digital economy across Eurasia.
