  Main 700">duties:

  • Organization and coordination of the work of the design team, planning tasks and monitoring deadlines.
  • Cooperation with other project managers in the team
  • Ensuring effective communication between the team and customers.
  • Maintaining project documentation, reporting on the status of execution tasks.
  • Quality control of project implementation, collection and detailing of client requirements.
  • Solving current administrative issues, prompt response to changes in requirements or priorities.
  • Maintaining a positive climate in the team, motivating participants.

  Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English at level B2 and above.
  • Ability to work with several projects at the same time, distribute tasks and monitor their execution.
  • High levelresponsibility and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Experience as a project coordinator in the field of design, marketing, IT or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Understanding the design processes of working with graphic design will be an advantage
