We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist who will help launch new customer projects and coordinate work between customers and technical staff team.
Work format: remote
What you will do
Run client voice automation projects.
Communicate with customers during system implementation.
Gather requirements and describe tasks for the development team.
Help configure scenarios calls, messages and automations.
Control the status of tasks and deadlines.
Monitor the quality of the system and respond to incidents.
Prepare short reports on projects.
Work simultaneously with several clients.
Who we are we are looking for
You have experience working with IT projects or technical products.
You know how to work with clients and coordinate tasks.
You know how to structure information and describe requirements.
You have analytical thinking and responsibility for the result.
English - Intermediate / B1 or above.
You are confident using Excel / Google Sheets.
Would be a plus
Experience with API, telephony or chatbots.
Understanding the operation of CRM / ERP systems.
Experience in technical support, QA or business analysis.
