ZAMR NGO implements the project of integration of war-affected IDPs in the rural areas of the Carpathians. In this regard, a competition for the position of project coordinator has been announced.

Main duties:

    < li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    Coordination and execution of project activities in close cooperation with the local team, partners and donors .

  • providing administrative, financial and logistical support for projects. High-quality and timely provision of services.

  • coordination and comprehensive assistance in the purchase and repair of residential and non-residential premises

  • procurement management and conclusion of contracts for the purpose of obtaining goods and services. Organization of payment for the provided goods and services in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the contracts. Keeping track of invoices and inventory list.

  • project monitoring and evaluation organization.

  • implementation of grant support in the project of integration of IDPs and support of project participants

  • friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all participants and beneficiaries of the project

  • checking the technical condition of premises and equipment, identifying faults and organizing restoration and repair work;

  • inventory  

  • informing residents about changes and news

  • cooperation with social workers (if necessary)

  • monitor and report electricity meter readings on the 1st of every month, control utility payments.

  • establishing parterre relations with other NGOs, BFs and like-minded people

  • resolving non-standard situations and conflicts

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Availability of higher education
  • Experience in public organizations (will be an advantage)
  • Experience in project activities (will be an advantage)
  • Excellent communication skills skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail)
  • Experience in communicating with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy
  • Developed organizational and executive skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation
  • Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness
  • Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure
  • Ability to prepare and draw up reports
  • Adherence to the principle of information confidentiality
  • Ability to process large amounts of information and competently maintain current documentation
  • Having a driver's license and driving experience (will be an additional advantage)
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language
  • Knowledge of English or French is desirable - at an intermediate level and above
