Main tasks:
Management and coordination of all stages of project implementation , from planning to reporting
Development and monitoring of the implementation of project plans and tasks
Interaction with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful project implementation
Organization and coordination of meetings, trainings, meetings and other events related to the project
Preparation and control of the execution of documentation, reports, presentations and materials for the project
Management of the calendar of events and coordination of the schedules of project participants
p>Preparation and provision of regular reports on the progress of project implementation, including assessment of results and impact
Correspondence with project participants and response to their requests
Coordination of logistics, resources and supply of materials necessary for the successful implementation of the project
Collaboration with other teams to achieve the financial and organizational goals of the project
Preparation reporting for donors and control over the use of budget funds
Collection and analysis of data to assess the effectiveness of the project and achieve the set goals
Risk management and finding solutions to ensure timely implementation project tasks
Basic requirements:
Higher education
Experience in project management and team management
< p>Experience in project documentation and reportingFluency in Ukrainian and English
Confident user of Microsoft Office and other project management tools
Ability to effectively organize work processes and coordinate several tasks at the same time
High motivation, initiative and ability to work independently
Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
Experience in humanitarian, human rights organizations or socially oriented projects are an advantage
