What we expect from you:

• Experience in the public sector: We are looking for someone with at least one year of grant project management experience or experience in the public sector. Your knowledge and skills will be key in our joint work.
• Organizational talents: You should have strong organizational skills backed by many successful cases plan and coordinate processes effectively.
• Effective Communication: You can easily communicate in a way that is clear, effective and interesting. The ability to conduct dialogue is one of your strengths.
• Knowledge of the English language: The level of English from B1 and above will allow you to work effectively with international partners .

What to do:

• Working with grant projects of the organization: Determination of priority directions for future projects.
• Announcement and promotion of contests: Announcement of contests and maximum dissemination of information about them in cooperation with communication and PR teams.< /li>
• Organization of the selection process: Coordination of the selection process, including work with expert commissions and drawing up the necessary documentation.
• Communication with participants: Informing participants about the selection process and results.
• Working with winners: Preparation of contracts for winners and monitoring of project implementation.
• Reporting: Preparation of reports for donors on the progress of project implementation.
