GENERAL INFORMATION
BF "Right to Defense" (Fund) is a charitable foundation operating in partnership with HIAS, a global organization on providing assistance to refugees. The Foundation focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, high-risk stateless persons and undocumented persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">The project within which the vacancy is open is targetedto provide comprehensive services and protect the civilian population affected by hostilities and improve the resilience skills of first responders.

DUTIES AND TASKS
< span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">TASKS WITHIN THE PROJECT
Working with project documentation and materials (drafting, editing, translation, writing reports, etc.);
Planning the implementation of project activities in accordance with the project work plan and budget;
Coordination of all project activities, for timely and effective achievement of project goals;
Control over the implementation of project activities in the terms specified in the plan, the implementation of activity targets and the overall goal of the project;
Formation of the project team together with the program areas and coordination of activities;
Administrative and organizational support of the project;
Participation in the organization of meetings and events within the framework of the project;
Preparation of timely reports for the Fund and donors in the agreed terms;
Communication with project partners and donors, both in the format of correspondence and meetings.
Understanding and following the Code of Conduct and other policies of the Foundation.
Professional requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in international donor projects related to humanitarian aid and charity;
Experience in projects funded by the United States of America will be an advantage;
High self-motivation, independence, efficiency and the ability to meet deadlines - a must;
Experience in organizing purchases and preparing financial documents;
Vgood command of the Ukrainian language and a high level of command of the English language (B2-C1);
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail;
The ability to collect information in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project;

Strategic thinking and problem solving skills;
Responsibility and flexibility.
