Job description

In the'connection with the expansion of TernopilOO TCHHU is looking for a project coordinator in the city of Ternopil.

As part of the project, the Ukrainian Red Cross together with the Norwegian Red Cross are focused on the direct provision of services from comprehensive first medical aid (including psychosocial support, first aid, as well as sexual and reproductive health care), targeted at the most vulnerable communities and people affected by the conflict with the help of mobile hospitals in various settlements of the Ternopil region of Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field, including public health, public administration and management, or similar;
• At least three years of relevant project management experience;
• Country-level experience in health program capacity building;
• li>Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages ​​with proven writing skills;
• Knowledge of software packages for data management and statistics;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and implement work materials from multiple sources and partners, as well as manage the delivery of a range of services;
• Excellent communicator capable of developing and maintaining effective working relationships between teams and organizations in an international and multicultural work environment;
• Ability work with vulnerable groups;
• Ability to create and use computerized information.

Main responsibilities:< /b>

• Responsibility for the deployment of activities for the provision of services by mobile teams in the Ternopil region;
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting system;
• Control and follow-up of the implementation of project tasks at the regional level;
• Work in coordination with the heads of the project directions, the Head of the regional organization of the TCHU to establish the system of providing medical care according to the project in the region;
• Creation of an activity plan, including a schedule of events;
• Ensuring communication and coordination with coordinators of other areas (if any), non-governmental organizations, state authorities to ensure quality provision of services by mobile teams in the region, establishing work with places of compact residence of IDPs, etc.;
• Implementation of communication and cooperation with partners in the region for high-quality and efficient provision of services by mobile teams
• Control of the Project budget at the oblast level and expenses according to the budget lines, preparation preliminary budgets in accordance with activity plans;
• Preparation and submission of reporting documentation on a monthly basis;
• Creation of a system of training and support of employees in the region, including planning and ensuring the necessarytrainings, monthly team meetings, etc.;
• Control over compliance with the minimum standards of service provision by mobile brigades in the conditions of response to the armed conflict in Ukraine.
