Hello, we're from Evoplay) One of the largest product companies in Ukraine, which creates an ecosystem of projects that offer progressive and complex solutions for the online gaming industry. We are currently looking for a Project coordinator for coordination of the work of the technical team and assistance to the CTO. Welcome =)
What to do:
- Organization and management of all stages of development of the project (s).
- Decomposition and prioritization of tasks, compilation of technical task, implementation plan/work (roadmap).
- Planning the volume of work to achieve the goals of the project(s).
- Analyzing and implementing improvements to team processes/metrics to increase their productivity and the quality of the increments they deliver.
- Interaction with customers and various stakeholders (receiving and processing requirements; building effective and transparent communication; taking into account the interests of all parties when making the final decision).
- Conducting a business analysis of requirements, developing and selecting optimal solutions for specific business tasks.
- Determining potential risks and developing strategies for their management.
- Solving problems that arise in the course of work, and development of action plans to solve them.
What you need :
- 2+ years of work experience in the position of PM in the IT sphere.
- Understanding of project management tools and processes.
- Experience in implementing projects from the initialization stage to their completion.
- Experience in scope evaluation project work and its prioritization.
- Experience in managing requirements, risks, change requests.
- Experience in managing several projects at the same time.
- Understanding different methodologies and life cycle requirements, as well as software development.
- Experience using Jira/Confluence (or other tracking tools for task management).
- Ability to think structured, detail-oriented, analyze and communicate effectively.
- Ability to convey ideas verbally and in text form in a simple, transparent way that developers can understand.
- Experience as a business analyst would be a plus.
We are forming a Core team of 30 people. Then we will form teams by direction. Technical team, at the start: CTO, 2 Back-end (PHP), Front-end (JS), Information Security Officer, Project Coordinator , DevOps, QA, SA.
