Who are we looking for?

You are our ideal candidate, if:

• have experience as an operations manager or assistant (it will be an advantage);

• have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, Excel, 1C);

• can analyze large amounts of data; span>

• honest, detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.

What will be your duties?

• Organization of logistics: interaction with suppliers, carriers and warehouse.

• Documentation: formation of CP, orders in 1C, accompanying documentation.

• Working with databases: maintaining the CRM system, updating price lists, assortment analytics.

• Communication: maintaining communication with the project manager and ensuring systematicity in processes.

• Customer service: recording requests from customers and working on their satisfaction.
