BO "Light of Hope" (hereinafter - the Organization) has been a leader in the provision of social services for representatives of key groups in the Poltava region for more than 25 years. Today, the organization's activities are implemented on the territory of Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. The main goal of the Organization is: providing a wide range of social services and creating conditions for the sustainable functioning of the public health system at the level of best international practices.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT

BO "Light of Hope" started implementation of the project "Innovative educational and social initiatives to support the vulnerable population of the Sumy region" implemented with the support of Swiss Solidarity. This project is aimed at promoting the creation of a safe, inclusive and fair environment for learning and development, ensuring access to education for women and children and combating gender-based violence at the level of 4 communities of the Sumy region: Konotopsk, Romensk and Sumy. The term of project implementation is 01.11.2024-31.10.2025.

For the successful implementation of the project, the Organization of the provider of project assistant services in the city of Poltava.

Main functions:

1.         Project Planning: Assists with project planning, setting metrics, setting deadlines, and allocating resources. 

2.         Task management: coordination according to the status of task implementation, assigning those responsible for their implementation and sending reminders about deadlines.

3.         Communication with the team: organization of communication between project team members. 

4.         Data analysis: collecting and analyzing the data used in the project. Generating reports, graphs, primary documents and other tools to help identify trends and identify problems in the process.

5.         Process monitoring: coordinates process monitoring and identification of problems that arise in the early stages of the project. 

6.         Documentation provision: collection of documentation related to the project. 

7.         Performance of other tasks: implementation of other tasks related to the project, depending on its nature and needs.

Professional requirements:

• higher education;
• work experience from 1 to 3 years in the field of project management or related fields;
• excellent communication skills, ability to work with project management software;

  Performance period: November 2024 - October 2025.

  Terms of payment:

  Payment for completed works is carried out after the transfer of documentation to confirm the completed work for each task and signing acts of completed works.
