We are looking for an ASSISTANT/ PROJECT MANAGER
Information about the customer: The representative office of the international charitable organization HealthRight International (Right to Health), with the support of the international charitable foundation FHI 360, is implementing a project on the creation of integrated response centers and providing support: integration of basic assistance to victims of gender-based violence (GBV) in the East and South of Ukraine.
The project will be implemented in 5 regions of Ukraine : Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, which are the first and/or largest points of entry for internally displaced persons in the South and East of Ukraine.
The goal of the project is to create an integrated approach to providing medical and psychosocial assistance to victims of gender-based violence (including victims of war in the occupied/de-occupied territories) by creating integrated response centers and providing support based on primary health care centers.
Place of provision of services: Kyiv
Term of project implementation: October 2024 - August 2025
The main objectives: providing operational support and assistance to project managers within the framework of the implementation of the project "Centers of comprehensive response and provision of support: integration of basic assistance to victims of gender-based violence (GBV) in the East and South of Ukraine" in accordance with the requirements donor, HealthRight International methodology (Right to Health).
Main features:
· Facilitation of organizational activities for project managers;
· Provision of consulting services regarding implementation of operational support and provision of feedback during project implementation;
· Organization of the process in the preparation of agreements for service providers;
· Consulting on monitoring contacts of project partners;
· Ensuring the preparation of documentation and assistance in submitting reports within the framework of project implementation;
· Assistance to the project manager in the preparation of materials and the organization of trainings, educational events for service providers in the regions of project implementation;
· Assisting in the organization of monitoring visits to potential locations for the creation of integrated integrated response centers and providing support to victims of gender-based violence.
Other features:
· Writing announcements regarding project implementation measures and preparing information for tendersin terms of creating and ensuring project activities;
· Monitoring, editing and, if necessary, translation of materials related to project activities;
· Analysis of project needs regarding information materials and advertising products;
· Participation in all events, aimed at project implementation.
Reporting:
· Collection and analysis of reports necessary for the project (monthly).
Requirements:
· Higher education (Master's/Bachelor's level) in relevant fields;
· Proficiency in English (Advanced level will be a significant advantage);
· Multitasking and stress resistance, effective time management;
· Skills of preparing official documents, contracts, program reports, etc.;
· Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team to achieve organizational goals.
