We are looking for a Project Assistant
Job description:
Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health" (UFHZ) - Representation of HealthRight International Corporation (Right to Health) in Ukraine and "Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health" have been working in the field of public health since 2005 I am for the protection of human rights, ensuring equal opportunities in access to vitally necessary medical and psychosocial services for those who find themselves in difficult life circumstances.
Location of the service customer: : Kyiv, st. Chekalenko, building 45/2.
Main tasks:
- Written and oral translations in Ukrainian and English related to the preparation of project documentation.
- Operational support, feedback (correspondence, clarification, communication with project teams in the regions).
- Preparation of agreements for service providers: verification, reception, sorting, mailing.
- Preparation and sending of reporting information to all partners of the project regarding its implementation.
- Preparation of materials for educational events, informational materials within the framework of the project.
- Editing of layouts of informational materials.
- Collection, translation and processing customer stories
Requirements
- higher education (Bachelor/Master's level) in relevant fields;
- excellent command of the English language (Advanced level);< /li>
- experience in translating official documents, program reports, etc.;
- willingness to be multi-tasking, result-oriented when completing tasks;
- good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in the team.
