Your future function: work with internal business customer; analysis of problems and designing their solutions; constant communication with stakeholders, bank departments, IT; Low-code configuration and development of new processes on BPM'online, Creatio; CRM configuration, creation, modification of screen forms, work with directories, process master, configurator, system settings and delivery of own CRM system package. Our candidate has: experience working with Terrasoft products (BPM'online, preferably Creatio); experience working as a Business or System Analyst, working in the banking sector; experience implementing IT products, automation of business processes; skills in writing SQL queries, understanding the principle of building a database, JS at the initial level, willingness and desire to learn new things.
