Expert in managing projects and programs in the field of intangible production in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a professional for the position - "Expert/Manager of project and program management in the field of intangible production"

General purpose of the position:
Development and implementation of the Company's strategic projects.

Main functional duties:

1. Coordination of construction projects new and renovation of existing Data Centers, ensuring achievement of project objectives on time and within budget.
2. Coordination and control of key project stages, including risk analysis and management to avoid delays.
3. Development of technical tasks for the design of new and reconstruction of existing Data Centers in accordance with the strategic plans for the development of the Company's network, with close cooperation with designers who develop engineering solutions for the infrastructure.
4. Coordination of relocation projects of technological equipment and services, including the creation of time plans and work groups, to ensure continuity of services during the move to the new Data Center.
5. Development project plans, including defining goals, objectives, deadlines, resources, and team composition required to complete the project. Forming a team, assigning roles and tasks to each participant, ensuring effective communication between them.

Requirements for candidates:

1. Higher technical education.
2. Knowledge of infrastructure construction Data Centers, as well as preferably knowledge of Telecom and IT infrastructure construction.
3. Experience in managing large projects and/or programs, preferably at least 5 years in the Data Center sector or in a similar technical environment.
4. Excellent knowledge and experience< /strong> work with all the main concepts, tools and methods of project management. Understanding of project management methodology and project control.
5. Proactivity, attention to detail, focus and ability to work in a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Experience with project management programs such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Visio, etc.
7. Knowledge of Ukrainian and English – conversational, fluent technical vocabulary.
