We are looking for a Project manager for our partners of the iLION digital agency
iLION digital is an integrated digital marketing agency. For more than 10 years, we have been helping companies from Ukraine, Europe and the USA to attract new customers and increase sales with the help of digital marketing tools and effective digital strategies. Key areas: SEO, SEA Google, PPC, SMM, SERM.
We are looking for Project | Account manager !The key task of PM iLION is the development of the Client's business and the achievement of planned KPIs by the team! We are looking for Middle and Senior level specialists with practical experience in managing projects in the field of digital marketing.Salary depends on the number and complexity of projects under management, as well as the results achieved. b>Able to work 100% remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Development of digital strategies (participation)
- Development of plans and reports on projects
- Working with the iLION team (management of the execution of plans, control of the expenditure part)
- Working with clients (clarification of goals and KPI, communication, presentation of reports and approval of plans, control of payments, work with receivables)
- Project management in CRM iLION
- Participation in internal agency projects

ManagerWe need, first of all, a strong manager - a person who is able to plan (his time and project), motivate ( himself and the team to implement the project), organize work, monitor implementation and coordinate actions (teams and the Client).
Communicator A person who is able to communicate with the team and the client, clearly and concretely convey opinions, convince to achieve the set goals.
Analyst Project management within the framework of achieving planned KPIs is carried out on based on data (from the Client, from the team, from analytics systems and special services, other sources).

Hard skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools at the level of understanding the essence, metrics and features of implementation (SEO, PPC, Media, SERM, Target, SMM)
- Knowledge of the basics of Web development, CRO, Usability
- Owning of analytical tools at the level of a basic user (Google Analytics, Serpstat, Ahrefs, advertising cabinets Google ads & Meta ads )
- Proficiency in Google Docs
- Proficiency in project management and time management technologies
Proficiency in English language at the level of written communication and understanding the interviewer is desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
