    Background

    The Partnership Fund for A Resilient Ukraine (Pfru) Is A Multi-Year, Multi-Donor Funded Program Governed in collaboration with the government of Ukraine.

    The Pfru's Aim Is To Set Improved Conditions for The UKRAINIAN STATE, IN Partnership with Civil Society and The Private Sector, to Lead on Inclusionevitalisation in the context of Russia’s aggression. 

    We are currently seeking several specialists for Project Manager Bring Kids Back UA.

     Objectives

    The Project Manager will oversee and facilitate the implementation of projects within Bring Kids Back UA, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficiency in execution, and effective collaboration among international partners, governmental institutions, and NGOs. The role requires a proactive approach to project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex diplomatic and legal landscapes.

    Scope of Work

    1. Project Coordination and Implementation

    • Oversee and facilitate the implementation of projects related to advocacy, return, and reintegration of Ukrainian children.
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
    • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for project execution.

    2. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships

    • Coordinate activities across different teams and stakeholders.
    • Liaise with Ukrainian government agencies, international partners, NGOs, and advocacy groups.
    • Facilitate partnerships with key global players, including members of the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children.

    3. Reporting and Communication

    • Organize and manage cross-functional meetings, workshops, and working groups.
    • Provide regular reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • University degree in International Relations, Law, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
    • Experience in project management, preferably in humanitarian, diplomatic, or advocacy-focused organizations.
    • Experience working with governmental institutions, international organizations, and NGOs.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
    • A background in the legal field would be an advantage.

    Level of Effort 36 days

    Reporting

    The Analyst will report to Senior Project Manager.

    Duration of Assignment: Up to 36 working days between April 1, 2025 – May 30, 2025

    Location of Assignment: The candidate should be based in or willing to travel to Ukraine.
