  • Documentation, Preparation of Donor Reports (Software and Financial together with the accountant)

  • Budgeting, Monitoring of Activities, Control of Following Deadlines

  • Communication with donors, partners, contractors and team

  • Support for the internal coordination of the team within the projects

  • Participation in Writing Project Applications

  • Requirements:

    • Project Management Experience, Monitoring and Assessment or Administrative Work (2 years)

    • Higher Education in Management, Law, Political Science, International Relations or Related Directions

    • Understanding the work of grant projects, preferably-experience of interaction with international donors

    • Planning Skills, Organization Organization, Documentation, Business Correspondence

    • self-organization, initiative, flexibility, care for details, respect for the deadlines

    • Free Ukrainian, confident English

    • Understanding and Interest in Human Rights, Transitional Justice, International Humanitarian Law
