We are looking for programmers to join the PogrAI project team — a new generation platform that allows you to create games using artificial intelligence by describing the rules in natural language.

Development department:
- Game engine: creation and optimization.
- AI and neural networks: development and integration of AI models.
- Platform improvements: work on interfaces, APIs and architecture.

Content department:
- Game development: developing games for the platform.
- Generation tools: creating resources and tools for users.
- Server code and monetization: work on the server part and monetization of the platform.

Required:
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Desire to create innovative products.

- Experience with Dart and Flutter (UI and mobile development).
- Knowledge of Google Firebase (server part, authorization, databases).
- Experience integrating LLM (Large Language Models) or TensorFlow Lite (now LiteRT) for AI work.

At the current stage, the startup still works without external funding, so we offer a format of cooperation based on participation in profit This means that instead of a fixed salary, you will receive a percentage of the future income of the project.
