The organization "Man in Need" has been operating in Ukraine since the beginning of August 2014, and since then, humanitarian programs have been rapidly expanding. At this time, "Lyudyna v bidi" is one of the main humanitarian organizations in Ukraine that provides neutral and independent humanitarian assistance to people affected by the conflict.

General information about the employee role:
Under the general control of the Senior Program Specialist, the Program Specialist is responsible for the correctness and completeness of the provided information, ensuring the timely and effective implementation of the department/project action plan, the immediate provision of all necessary information to the Senior Program Specialist, and contributing to the development of programs in Southern Ukraine.Ensures timely and effective implementation of relevant measures in the entire assigned territory and prompt provision of all relevant information to the line manager;Correspondsfor accurate and timely collection of all fieldwork data and information;
Responsible for achieving project goals, participates in their monitoring and ensures data availability;
Identifies and tracks needs and gaps;
Provides information for the preparation of project proposals;
Ensure implementation of all visibility guidelines for all program activities assigned to area of responsibility and sector.
Documentation, reporting
Ensures timely collection and submission of all project-related updates required for daily/weekly/monthly activity reporting, including reports from on-site monitoring and evaluations, as well as from external meetings and related events;
Ensures regular data collection and completion of MEAL tools to track implementation progress;
Ensures that all relevant project documentation is regularly updatedarchived in accordance with PIN archiving instructions;
Prepares quality reports/plans/presentations of project results;
Performs other necessary and appropriate tasks and duties as assigned by the line manager.
More than 1 year of experience in the field of protection, social services. Experience working in a non-profit organization would be an advantage.
Experience required:
Experience in developing protection programs and interventions in mental health, psychological and social support (MHSP) in humanitarian or development fields, with a deep understanding principles of protection, case management and approaches to psychosocial support. Proven ability to apply victim-centred, rights-based and do-no-harm approaches while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure safe, ethical and contextually appropriate services.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with beneficiaries, partners and internal teams, combined with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and accountability in grant management. 400; font-style: normal">English fluency.
