Responsibilities: Management of the department (coordination of subordinate managers, assistance in drawing up development plans and training programs for team, monitoring their implementation, interviewing candidates for employment); Risk management and assessment of department/program performance by key indicators; Participation in Presale and conclusion of contracts. Conducting negotiations with clients; Close cooperation with marketing and sales departments; Project management control (time and cost estimation for projects, quality control, deadlines and budgets); Coordination of project managers who perform testing projects; Resolution of controversial issues regarding projects within the department ;Maintenance of design and technical documentation.We expect:3+ years of management experience II level (development and mentoring of subordinate managers);Leading teams of 20+ people (control of all stages of employee development);Experience in solving complex cases in working with staff and clients; Experience in building, managing, and optimizing processes in the company; Project management experience (negotiations, project time and cost estimation, risk assessment, budgeting, quality control, deadlines) will be an advantage. Proficiency in English ( Upper-Intermediate and above: spoken and written); High level of responsibility, emotional intelligence, and proactivity; The ability to work in multitasking mode, the skill of prioritizing tasks; Results orientation, business orientation, systematic work.
