Program manager/head of direction at the Olena Pinchuk Foundation in EastOne

Foundation Elena Pinchuk, founded in 2003, to this day it remains the only private Foundation in Ukraine that combats the HIV/AIDS epidemic and helping those she touched. Over the years, the Foundation's activities have expanded in the direction of sexual education and sexual rehabilitation, supporting women in their professional realization and economic independence, responding to other humanitarian needs.

We are looking for a Program Manager for the team , the manager direction. 

Musthave for our future colleague:

• experience of project work; 
• experience in writing grant applications;
• ability to create a project design;
• ability to formulate requirements for project results;
• ability to prepare a budget and financial project reporting;   
• project risk management;
• understanding of the charity sector in Ukraine and key stakeholders;
• fluency in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken);
• personal qualities: responsibility and systematicity, attention to details, sociability and the ability to build professional relationships;
• common values ​​and personal interest in the areas of work of the Fund. Functional duties: coordination of strategic projects of the Fund; writing of grant applications ;
• design and implementation of projects;
• search for partners and contractors;
• drafting of the budget and financial reporting on projects;
• preparation of program reports ;  
• search and involvement of specialized specialists and specialists for the implementation of the project;
• coordination of the Fund's partner projects, in particular fashion collaborations;
• work on creative solutions (as part of a team );
• participation in the development and implementation of educational projects, including at the stage of production and post-production (as part of the team);
• engagement of opinion leaders for the dissemination of ideas project (as part of the team);
• organization and participation in public events of the Foundation (as part of the team).
