Responsibilities of the program manager:
Program development and implementation
- Lead and/or support the planning of new programs, including creation of a model, preparation of a theory of change (ToC), development of a logical structure, activity plans and submission of applications and proposals in cooperation with regional managers, technical specialists and fundraisers.
- Lead and/or support needs assessment activities to provide an information base for developing new programs and improving care
- Lead and/or support program change processes, including make changes to programs, review the budget, restructuring.
- Lead and/or support the implementation of new programs or changes to programs by staff of branches and projects, including instructions on mobilization plans, contract requirements, staffing and resource plans and monitoring of the above.
- Lead and/or support program closures in collaboration with regional branch staff.
< u>Program quality

Assist in implementing and maintaining systems and procedures to ensure good practice and meet relevant accountability and quality standards programs, including SPHERE humanitarian aid standards, and promote compliance with core humanitarian standards (CHS). li>Lead and/or support program review and training initiatives, including reviews, surveys, interviews yu, reports and educational and practical seminars.If necessary replace program monitoring and/or quality managers and manage specific program quality assurance activities in cooperation with relevant staff. Program Management and Reporting
- Manage work in key areas of programs and contracts, including with the help of DEPOL UKRAINE monitoring manager to track indicators compared to the donor framework of results.
- Ensure coordination with DEPOL UKRAINE's finance team to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of DEPOL UKRAINE's financial expenditures in accordance with agreed budgets.
- Lead and/or support the production of high-quality, compelling reporting to donors and fund performance, including narrative, performance and financial reporting.
Coordination and Representation< /u>
- Represent DEPOL UKRAINE in external relations with key donors , partners and state organizations, including participation in meetings, preparation of reports, reception of delegations and presentations.
- Represent DEPOL UKRAINE and manage relations with UN clusters (especially with the Working Group on monetary aid(CWG), Food Security and Livelihoods Cluster (FSLC) and Protection Cluster) and other coordinating bodies.
- If necessary, replace the Program Director at key coordination meetings and at meetings with partners.
Policy Compliance:< /font>
- Adhering to a Zero Tolerance Approach to Sexual Exploitation, Violence and Harassment (SEAH) and committed to working in accordance with the Vincentian values of DEPOL UKRAINE.
- Adherence to the Code of Conduct of employees and volunteers of the BF "DEPOL UKRAINE" and promoting the values and mission of DEPOL.
- Adherence to the requirements of the Safeguarding Policy and Procedures for Children and Vulnerable Adults" ("Safeguarding Policy").
- < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Compliance font> requirements of the Regulation on non-disclosure of data and information related to the Fund's activities.
Willingness to work and travel in safe conditions on the territory of Ukraine.< /font>
Subordination: Branch Manager and Program Director Fund.
Requirements:
- Higher education, preferably social work and/or management.
- Work experience of 3 years or more in the management of a charitable organization.
- Experience in program management in the humanitarian sector and/or sector social services.
- Experience working and reporting in accordance with the requirements of funding contracts, including monitoring and financial plans.
- Knowledge of program quality assurance , including integration of international standards and participation in training events.
- Experience in submissions of the organization to an external audience.
- Excellent project management skills, incl. great attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills, in including writing reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to create effective working relationships with colleagues in the organization.
- Experience public speeches.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

We offer:
Official employment, temporary employment contract until February 28, 2025. with the possibility of extending the fixed-term contract
Trial period 3 months.
Work schedule: 8 an hour working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends: Saturday, Sunday.
