The company Maincast is looking for an employee for the position: Software manager

Functional:

Creation of a prospective and current broadcasting network.
Creation of a program department, training, division of responsibilities, coordination of work.
Operational management and optimization of processes.
Participation in the development of the channel development strategy.
Development and responsibility for the broadcasting program concept.
Consultations on the selection and purchase of content.
Planning of the content of own production
Communication with the broadcasting service regarding the process broadcasting.
Coordination of the process of ordering, delivery and reception of content.
Control of broadcast materials: storage, availability, quality.
Placement of advertising and commercial materials.
Analysis of ratings and indicators.
br/>EPG.
Announcement and promotion.
Maintenance of reports of agreed forms, preparation of presentations.
Communication with company departments and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

Experience in the position of program manager/program director.
Experience in planning the broadcast network of a TV channel.
Experience in working as a team leader and forming it from scratch.
Experience in working with various playouts and broadcast planning systems. Intermediate English skills (will be an advantage). Strong organizational, communication and motivational skills. Critical thinking skills and an unconventional approach to solving problems under tight deadlines.
