We are looking for a Program Director who will head the grants department and ensure the successful implementation of the Foundation's strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Focus on strategy and partners):

• Development and implementation of the Fund's overall Program Strategy.
• Active participation in the development and writing of new grant applications and project proposals.
• Direct management and coordination of the work of Project Managers.
• Direct negotiations and communication with international partners at a high level levels.

Critical Requirements for the Candidate:

• Experience of working with large grant programs (USAID, EU, UNHCR, etc.) and ensuring their financial/narrative accountability.
• Deep understanding of the project management cycle (PCM).
• Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) for business communication.
• Ability to work in conditions of constant change, high stress resistance and teamwork.
