Program director / director of Gen.Hope in Gen.Ukrainian

In cooperation with the partnership department - development of projects, activities, involvement in writing project applications.

Ensuring the integrity and coherence of educational, research, psychosocial and advocacy areas.

Coordination of the implementation of programs and projects, responsibility for their quality, effectiveness and compliance with the organization's values.

Communication with partners, in particular with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, departments of education, the secretariat of the MHPSS working group, etc. 

Regular communication with members of the Expert Council of the center, provision of up-to-date information, establishing cooperation and obtaining advisory assistance in the implementation of Gen.Hope projects. 

Initiation of interdisciplinary research in the fields of children's mental health, education and social support.

Integration of research results into programs, educational products and advocacy initiatives.

Academic, international partnerships and advocacy

• Development of cooperation with universities, scientific institutions, international organizations and foundations.

• Gen.Hope representation in professional, scientific and international communities, at conferences, forums and expert platforms.

• Initiation and support of advocacy initiatives in the field of children's mental health.

• Public representation of the Center: speeches, expert comments, analytical publications, media work.
  
  

Institutional development and teamwork

• Participation in the development of the organizational structure and management processes of the Center.

• Collaboration with fundraising and partnerships teams in the preparation of grant and program applications.

• Support of department heads and development of a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

• Management and coordination of the team, ensuring effective interaction, clear division of roles and responsibilities. 
  
  

Knowledge Management

• Coordination of creation and distribution of analytical, methodical and educational materials.

• Formation of the institutional knowledge base, documentation of experience, cases and program results.

• Spreading Gen.Hope's efforts in Ukraine and internationally.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in strategic management of programs, projects or directions in the field of mental health, education, social policy or related fields.

• Understanding evidence-based, humanistic and inclusive approaches in working with children and adolescents.

• Experience in developing or coordinating research, analytical materials, educational products or policy-oriented documents.

• Experience of cooperation with academic, international or donor partners.

• Ability to work at a strategic level.

Skills developed interdisciplinary interaction, facilitation, strategic thinking.

• Experience in public speaking, expert representation or advocacy
