The goals of the Professional Learning department are to support change management for school districts, ensure content and product expertise for teachers and administrators, maintain customer feedback loop to the organization, and drive renewal sales of Core products.Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410.00 and $85,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Collaborating with the Partner Engagement departments, create and refine an excellent client experience by developing world-class professional development training that ensures client participants achieve the outcomes of the learning session. Define customer segmentation, strategies and support models and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Effectively navigates multiple steps in the training development process demonstrating the ability to influence learning outcomes. Builds trust and credibility with teachers, staff, and district leaders by ensuring that training participants receive organized, exceptional professional development. Support a culture centered on partner success and develop processes that support the achievement of the business goals. Support certification and training to full and part-time Core Partner Engagement teams to scale delivery of professional learning. Travel to deliver high quality professional development sessions to schools and districts 30-50% possible travel. Other duties as required. Share Your Expertise.Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field, and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in developing, facilitating, and improving meaning professional learning experiences or an acceptable combination of education and experience. A master’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a relevant field is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience working with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. Knowledge of adult learning and strong skills in developing professional development is required. Knowledge of industry accepted best practices and tools. Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities. Ability to articulate instructional/technical concepts with clarity. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Background in ELA is required. Deep knowledge of EL Education is preferred. Experience with Imagine Learning Classroom platform preferred.
