Main Responsibilities:

• Reflection in the automation system of economic operations on the movement of goods and their write-off;
• Participation in the annual and unscheduled inventory;
• Compilation of information on milk delivery and detergents;
• acceptance of applications from employees for admission/dismissal/transfer/leave to the department with personnel management;
• Keeping records of working hours (formation of all types of timesheets);
• Providing technical personnel with special clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment;
• Forming documents for submission to the accounting department for accounting of all business operations.

Requirements:

• Education (basic/higher, preferably in the economic field)
• Experience in the SAP system will be an advantage.
• PC knowledge at the level of a confident user.< /li>
