In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for a talented manager for the selection of production personnel who will help us attract and retain qualified specialists and people of working professions.

Main responsibilities:
- Full cycle of selection of production personnel (greenhouse workers, tractor drivers, seasonal workers, etc.)
- Analysis of the company’s need for personnel, formation of a selection plan taking into account seasonality (peak periods of sowing, harvesting)
- Active search for candidates: development and placement of vacancies on websites (Work.uа, Jooble, AgroRobota, etc.), in social networks, direct search, cooperation with local communities
- Conducting interviews (telephone, online and face-to-face), evaluating candidates by professional and personal qualities
- Organizing adaptations of new employees: getting to know the company, processing documents.
- Maintenance of a candidate database, formation of a personnel reserve
- Monitoring the labor market in the agricultural sector, analysis of salary offers of competitors, reporting on vacancies and analysis of the effectiveness of search sources
- Cooperation with the heads of production divisions to clarify personnel needs
- Participation in HR projects: development of employer branding agricultural sector
Requirements for the candidate:
- experience in recruiting/selection of personnel from 1 year (preferably mass recruitment or experience in the production/agri sector)
- understanding of the specifics of agricultural production: seasonality, work in regions, requirements for physical training of candidates
- excellent communication skills, ability to work with people of different levels (from workers to specialists)
- confident PC user, experience with job sites and CRM systems
- higher education
- activity, stress resistance, result orientation
- category B driver's license is an advantage
