- ordering of raw materials, control of residues;
- control of product quality according to state norms and company standards;
- participation in the development of new dishes, TTK and calculations for them;
- inventories, write-off control;
- control of ensuring the sanitary condition of production premises in accordance with the requirements of sanitary standards and regulations.
