Production manager in EKO-Market

EKO supermarket chain invites a Production Manager to its team.

Functional duties:

• organization and control of production processes;
• management department staff (execution and control of tasks, staff development, control of working hours, drawing up and control of schedules);
• implementation of planned indicators;
• evaluation of the quality of raw materials and finished products in the showcase;
• analysis of the assortment, analysis of sales and submission of proposals for new types of products;
• taking inventory, control of write-offs; 
• organization and participation in the process of selection, training, training, adaptation and evaluation of new employees at the production site.

Requirements for candidates:

• willingness to study and work
• professional education;
• experience working in retail chains at a similar position.
