Type of production: closed production for the online store (not printing for external customers)
About the company
We are an online store that manufactures and ships its own printing products throughout Ukraine: magazines, calendars and other products.
This is not printing, but a completely internal production of our brand.
We are currently launching a new production location, installing equipment and building a team. We need a manager who will become the right hand of the founder and help build all processes from scratch.
Who we are looking for
A person who:
has organizational skills and knows how to systematically adjust work processes;
ready to learn technical production processes and work with equipment (training will be provided);
wants to grow with the company and participate in the launch of a completely new production;
responsible, attentive to details, knows how to control quality and adhere deadlines.
Help in setting up processes: equipment connection, Wi-Fi, workplaces.
Working out the information and technical process of the product manufacturing algorithm: printing > cutting > binding > packing > shipping.
Study and creation of checklists, instructions, checklists for employees
Organization of the work of two employees of the printing office (who perform physical operations)
Daily quality control of manufactured products.
Communication with the founder and performance of operational tasks.
Further: possible salary increase depending on volume of production, responsibility and efficiency of processes.
