Your functional duties:

• Systematization and automation of production work;

• Ensuring smooth operation of production, execution of production plans according to quantitative and qualitative indicators;

• Analysis of the functioning of production and implementation of measures to improve its activity, optimization of production processes, prevention of defects, improvement of product quality and profitability of production;

• Interaction with other divisions of the company to increase the productivity of production personnel and the company as a whole;

• Control over warehouse accounting and ensuring proper storage of goods;< /p>

• Planning and ensuring optimal use of warehouse space;

• Implementing and improving the efficiency of warehouse processes;

• Development of warehouse process development plans, including; Forecasting the volume of work, personnel needs and optimal use of warehouse space;

• Estimating and analyzing costs related to logistics operations and adhering to the budget;

• Organization of the work of personnel in production, warehouse and logistics, as well as participation in personnel selection, training, motivation and development of the team;

• Budgeting (development, approval and actions according to the budget and reporting).
