Production analyst in Ajax Systems

Required knowledge and skills:

• Attention to details and responsibility for the performance of tasks.
• Experience with customer processing contracts.
• Ability to think critically and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks.
• High level of mastery of Excel (knowledge of functions, work with tables, analytics).
• Skills in analyzing processes and making proposals for their optimization.
• Experience in writing instructions and methodological materials.
• Communication and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of the English language at the level B1.

Task:

• Accounting of materials and components imported for processing as raw materials, providing accurate analysis of their use.
• Control and verification of the information provided in the documents for Euro-1.
• Checking the correctness and completeness of entering all the necessary data in the documents used for customs clearance.
• Control of conformity of material write-off to approved technological schemes.
• Preparation of internal reports, including calculations and accompanying documentation.
• Improvement of accounting processes and development of internal regulations and instructions.
• Control and coordination of actions between company divisions to ensure the efficiency of processes.
