We are looking for a specialist who will:

• prepare training and product knowledge assessment programs for the sales team;
• conduct product trainings for the sales team (auditory and online);
• prepare training materials on the product for the distance learning platform;
• prepare and conduct regular assessment of product knowledge;
• plan and organize training (interaction with customers and participants, ordering materials necessary for training, organization of training space, etc.);
• providing customers and participants with regular feedback on the success of training and recommendations for improving knowledge.

For us, the following professional knowledge and skills of candidates are important:

• possession of modern personnel training methods;
• experience of working as a trainer in classroom and online training and/or personal experience in sales;
• additional education in the direction of "business coach", "sales coach" will be an advantage;
• ownership of programs for creating presentation materials (Power Point, video editors;
• administrative skills and working with the distance learning portal;
• readiness for business trips.
