The ELEKS company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for the product Doctor ELEKS (eHealth web portal) in our locations in Ukraine.

About the product
Dr. Eleks is a medical information system that helps to provide its patients with improved support by automating and optimizing complex operational processes and methods of managing patient clinical data. 
The main goal of the product is to increase the quality and value of the provision of medical services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the medical field (administrator, technical support, related to the understanding of the work of a medical institution) is welcome
• Basic knowledge of SQL, MSSQL (courses completed)
• Understanding of general principles web development
• English language Pre-Intermediate level
• Competent and clear language
• Good communication skills
• Resistance to stress
• Quick adaptability
• The ability and desire to learn

WILL BE A PLUS

• Basic medical knowledge reforms
• Experience working in Jira and Confluence

DUTIES

• Contact center consulting on functional operation
• Checking the functionality and speed of the web portal
• Fixing bugs and transferring them to developers
• Creating tickets when fixing an incorrect response from the central database data
