Product Specialist / Medical Representative in Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company

We are currently looking for a Product Specialist / Medical Representative in 700">Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

Sales management:

• Responsible for the execution of sales plans in their territory, including order processing, communication with customers regarding commercial policies and seasonal offers.

• Achieving quantitative goals in the defined region.

• Development and implementation of sales strategies in accordance with the overall company strategy.

• Increase the market share of Allergan Aesthetics products in your region.

• Cooperation with internal departments of the company.

Working with clients:

Building long-term partnerships with doctors and clinics based on ethical principles.

• Conducting presentations, educational events for healthcare professionals (HCPs), individual consultations.

• Training on the correct use of the company's products.

• Identifying new opportunities for strategic development in the region.

Planning:

• Daily planning activities to achieve sales goals.

• Effective use of CRM system for monthly and daily visit planning and reporting.

• Rational use of the budget.

• Constant updating of the business plan with further implementation of improvements.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience in the commercial healthcare and/or medical aesthetics sector or a similar business (2-3 years as a medical representative or similar role).

• Higher degree in medicine/pharmacy is an advantage; diplomas in related fields will also be considered.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Valid Class B driver's license, preferably without violations.

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Proficiency in English (oral and written).
