The main tasks you will face: Helping the team to prioritize. Sometimes our tasks hang in "limbo". We need help with "pushing" tasks to release. Budgeting and reporting on the implementation of projects (or project stages). Organization of processes in the easiest possible way. We need to foster a spirit of innovation and creativity. Excessive bureaucracy and frameworks will not help. Finding and analyzing bottlenecks that slow down progress. Controlling projects in 2 directions - commercial and military (both development from scratch and project support of existing products); Cross-team work planning; Optimization and creation of interaction processes between structural units; Close cooperation with department heads and technical specialists to solve complex issues; Forwarding requests that go beyond the scope of technical support to the manager; Analyzing technical problems, providing recommendations for their elimination; Fixing product flow, updating it, test results in Confluence; Forming reports on frequent requests or typical problems to further improve the products; Work with the team on road construction maps; Budgeting and project control. Expectations from the candidate: Basic knowledge of UAVs and electronics (cool if you are already familiar with it, but not critical for this position - we are always willing to learn together and share knowledge and experience) Quick response to requests and the ability to work in multitasking mode. Professional team management experience (from 1 year). Start-up approach to project management. Work in the office is a priority for us, at least at the beginning of cooperation.
