You will suit us if:

• Able to think systematically – see cause and effect relationships, formulate hypotheses, test them and analyze the results
• AI-native approach – actively use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools to solve problems
• Have experience in e-commerce – understand the sales funnel, metrics (CR, AOV, LTV, CAC) and how to influence them
• Familiar with Shopify (will be a plus)- you understand the capabilities of the platform or are ready to learn quickly

Your tasks will be:

• Manage all processes
• Analyze data
• Develop products for specific audience segments
• Build loyalty programs through wow-effect and customer experience
• Create conversion creatives landing pages that sell
• Optimize UX/UI – improve every touchpoint from the first click to the unboxing experience
• Work cross-functionally – with marketing, design, logistics, customer success
• Use AI-tools to automate and scale processes
