Main duties: Development of long-term and short-term production plans in accordance with market orders and stock targets. Determination of needs in labor, equipment and raw materials to meet production needs. Analysis and resolution of production delays, adjusting schedules to meet deadlines. Control according to the implementation of projects and their compliance with established deadlines. Effective cooperation with multifunctional teams, including representatives of central functions, markets, production, technical services, quality control and other divisions. Conducting calculations, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and their continuous improvement. Management support inventory, minimization of redundant, obsolete and unusable materials. Preparation and support of reporting on planning and performance production. Support and update of basic data. Essential requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or production planning in the manufacturing field. High level of English (oral and written communication). High level of MS Office, especially Excel. Flexibility, proactivity and drive to achieve high results. Ability to work under under pressure at a fast pace. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
