The main function of the position:

• Product strategy formation and management mobile application and website
• Based on the analysis of product metrics (customer behavior, P&L) and/or market changes (competitor analysis, legislative changes), development and implementation of new functionality, improvement of current functionality
< li>Feature prioritization and creation of development roadmap, creation and maintenance of product backlog
• Interaction with development team, designers and others by stakeholders
• Analysis of data on product usage and user behavior, other product metrics
• Regular monitoring of competitor products (functionality of mobile application and website) in order to identify their competitive advantages
• Preparation of technical tasks for the development team

We are waiting for you:

• professional education (marketing-marketing research, information technology-system analysis, management-project management)
• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst, project or product manager

• preferred - experience working in an insurance company or fintech, understanding of insurance products and processes

Professional knowledge and skills (key competencies):

• understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) methodology
• experience with project management tools (flexible methodologies, cascade, mixed).
• analytical skills and the ability to work with data, analyze and draw conclusions based on it.
• deep understanding of the principles of how websites and mobile applications work.Knowledge of the main technologies and developments used in them developers.
• understanding of key product business metrics
• understanding of the principles of user experience and interface -UX/UI design, experience with prototyping tools (Figma), experience in user research
• knowledge of tools for building and optimizing business processes taking into account user needs and Knowledge and understanding of the basics of business analysis (BABOK)
• experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements, specifications and documentation
• knowledge of the basics of working with APIs and integrations
