IT Recruiter Location: Fully RemoteRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to join our team. This role combines elements of a Project Manager and Product Guidance, ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, project management, and product development and a passion for Prop Tech.Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Project Management:Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure timely and effective communication with all project stakeholders.Product Guidance:Work closely with the development team to ensure products meet business and customer needs.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.Measure product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles.Proven experience as a Scrum Master, managing agile development teams.A background in Prop Tech or a related field is highly desirable.Skills:Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Outstanding communication and leadership skills.Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).Hiring ProcessInitial interview with HR Screening.Follow-up interview with the Team LeadFinal Interview with Chief Product OfficerOffer.DataFlik offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a stimulating work environment.
