Product Owner payments in NovaPay

Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for the vacancy Manager of payment products

Main tasks:

• complex management of money transfer products with opening and without opening accounts;
• determining the product development strategy and its functionality;
• building a business model for the implementation of effective product operation in each division; 
• creating and maintaining a product backlog;
• monitoring, analyzing the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and improving products
• implementation of tasks related to the launch and support of financial products payments for work in offline/online channels in Ukrainian market;
• interaction with partners is related to the sale of products;
• implementation of a system of reporting and control of business indicators by products;
• improvement of existing products according to customer behavior and market trends;

Requirements:

• Experience work for at least 3 years in banking institutions, financial companies in the preparation and sale of financial products in terms of intermediary payments,
• at least one fully implemented product;
• knowledge of current market realities regarding financial products in Ukraine: products, processes, channels, legal and compliance aspects, rules and requirements of regulators;
• knowledge of modern trends in the market of intermediary payments in Ukraine;
• knowledge of product management methodology;
• knowledge of pricing principles and profitability of financial products;
• understanding of approaches to project management - to be able to conduct business analysis and describe the business process for implementation in offline and online channels;
• level of English - B2+
