Nova Poshta isthe leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and we are currently looking for a Product Owner to manage and develop digital advertising tools (Nova Ads). business trips.

Basic responsibilities:

• Management and development of Nova Poshta's digital product portfolio, namely digital advertising tools (Nova Ads).
• Launch of new advertising tools, their scaling and monetization.
• Interaction with stakeholders, gathering requirements, audience, customer, market research and conducting product tests (A/B).
• Responsibility for economics digital advertising products, their promotion and development of their monetization channels.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in developing and launching digital products from scratch, direct experience with advertising/retail media will be an advantage.
• Understanding the advertising market, paid promotion tools (ppc, Meta, Google, Tik Tok etc.).
• Data-driven approach: experience working with analytical systems, dashboards, understanding of product metrics and analysis and testing methods.
• Business oriented: focus on results, business value, revenue potential.
• Strong cross-team interaction skills, ability to convince people.
• AGILE work skills, tasks with a SMART approach, work experience in task managers and task backlog management.
