Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA" ) in connection with staff expansion announces a competition for the vacancy "Product Owner (Mobile app)"

Requirements:

• Similar work experience from 3 years, in a managerial position from 1 year;
• Experience in the development of payment mobile applications in the role of a business owner ;
• Experience in the development of other business products related to the implementation of payment technologies for web and mobile applications;
• Experience in the development of payments, transactional, card business;
• Knowledge of the best practices of the Ukrainian and European market in the direction of creating payment mobile applications;
• Knowledge of the principles of functioning of e-commerce products (cards, acquiring, payment systems, etc.);
• Possession of knowledge in the direction of development of new financial products, their implementation and support;
• Experience in developing a project implementation plan and monitoring compliance with project task deadlines;
• Concept development skills and ideas for new client features for implementation in a payment mobile application;
• Skills of analysis and systematization of large volumes of information for the preparation of reports, presentations;
• Skills of developing business requirements for the introduction of new financial products for online channels.

Main tasks:

• Creation and maintenance of a roadmap of tasks for implementation in the mobile application and other online channels;
• Development of concepts and implementation of ideas for new customer features in a mobile application with the aim of improving the customer journey;
• Conducting projects on the implementation of financial services in the mobile application and other online channels;
• Participation in the development and agreement of business requirements for new products / software functionality;
• Performance evaluation of implemented projects;
• Analysis of the competitive environment and making a proposal for the introduction of new products and services in online channels;
• Organization and distribution of responsibilities among employees of the department with responsibility for the results of tasks performed by employees;
• Ensuring the planning of the activities of the subordinate unit.
