We are the market leader in the US and Canada, with global expansion plans and a growing international team of more than 400 individuals in the US, Canada, Philippines, and Ukraine.ABOUT YOU:The Product Owner is the key stakeholder in the agile development process, responsible for the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap. They collaborate with the chief product owner to co-develop a roadmap and lead products and features throughout their full lifecycle. They work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver on the product vision:- Co-own and execute product roadmap with the chief product owner. - Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.Inspire and drive the squad to deliver great products: - Decompose product roadmap items into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. - Ensure customer tickets are given appropriate priority and treated in a timely manner. Ensure products are ready for go:- Document all new features to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with the production team to understand where improvements are needed to improve the implementation process. Be customer-centric and operate with a continuous improvement mindset: - Perform customer interviews and participate in workshops to understand end-user needs and the context of use. - Conduct usability studies with end-users on existing products and prototypes to refine the design and identify areas for improvement. - Monitor post-launch product performance to evaluate areas for future investment.  EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent 3+ years of product owner experience managing B2B SaaS products Experience with one or more development tracking software, such as Jira  Experience with agile or lean software development methodologies Experience of creation and support of technical documentation  Experience in managing cross-functional teams Established background in launching software in partnership with engineering teams KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Demonstrated success in defining, implementing, and communicating the end-to-end vision of the product. Experience in conducting market research and customer development, defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy. Able to prioritize product features and manage backlog Proven experience displaying decision-making skills, with the ability to assess business impact, risks, and opportunity. Prior technical background would bea plus Excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to various audiences Able to comfortably and effectively present to large groups of stakeholders DISCLAIMER Because of the changing nature of work and work to be done, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the incumbent. The incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.  BENEFITS:Cozy office space in Lviv, possibility to work remotelyCompetitive compensation packagePaid Time Off PolicyMedical insurance coveragePaid lunchesUS democratic management style Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Управління продуктами і Маркетинг Галузі Розробка програмного забезпечення
