We promote web projects aimed at affiliate marketing: we create and optimize websites with the goal of attracting traffic and converting site visitors into customers of our partners. We have extensive expertise in the iGaming niche for Western markets.

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who can lead the development of a media project in the iGaming niche. You will be a key link between the development team, marketing and business leaders, responsible for setting priorities and implementing solutions that will drive product growth.

What we expect:

• Industry experience: you have experience in iGaming or media project management. If you have experience in both areas, this will become your superpower! :)
• Experience in strategic planning:: you have successful experience in developing and implementing a product development and promotion strategy.
• Communication skills: you canbuild effective communication for interaction with the team and partners.
• English language: your level proficiency no lower than upper-intermediate.
• Analytical skills:you understand the principles of monetization and conversions, are able to deeply analyze key business metrics to make informed decisions and improve product performance.

TOP match:

• Experience in launching projects: you already had experience in launching new directions or running your own business.
• Marketing expertise: you have previous experience in marketing in product companies.

What will you do:

• You will be involved in the development of a strategy for product development and promotion.
• You will develop the product: analyze opportunities to improve functionality, implement new solutions and optimize existing ones to meet market expectations and user needs.
• You will determine the needs of the target audienceand direct your efforts to product development in accordance with these needs.
• You will analyze market trends and adjust the strategy in response to market changes.
• You will conduct negotiations and ensure effective cooperation with partner companies.
• You will interact with different departments of the company to coordinate tasks and ensure consistency of processes.
• You will monitor the performance of tasks by the team,remove obstacles and direct the team to effective work.
• You will assess the effectiveness of team members and make decisions to improve their productivity.
• You will prepare operational and strategic reporting for evaluating results and making decisions.
