Product Owner lending in NovaPay

The financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for the vacancy Lending product manager

Main tasks:

• coordination and support development of the company's existing credit products (consumer lending, lending to business clients);
• development of concepts for new credit products (consumer lending, credit cards, installment loans, lending to non-profit organizations and legal entities, etc.) for offline and online channels, coordination of implementation;
• gathering and description of business requirements for the introduction of credit products and development of lending schemes and procedures that are carried out when granting loans and in the process of their support, coordination with company divisions;
• li>monitoring and analysis of the lending products market, forming proposals for the development of credit products based on market trends and for the promotion/increase of sales volumes;
• coordinating the implementation of technological refinements of credit products and maintaining a backlog of product tasks.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position in a bank or payment institution;< /li>
• 2 years of experience in the development and implementation of credit products;
• at least one developed and implemented credit product (consumer credit or credit card);
• implementation/participation in development of credit products for business clients.
