We invite to our team a Product Owner (international expansion)

Functional duties:

1. Product and strategy

• Formation and implementation of international expansion strategy.
• Adaptation of products to the specifics of local markets (value proposition, positioning, packaging).
• Management of product development roadmap for international markets.
• Analysis of the competitive environment and consumer insights.
• Development of strategies for attracting new customers and maintaining current ones (acquisition & retention strategy).
• Building a customer journey for B2B and B2C segments.

2. Digital marketing and performance

• Formation and control of the implementation of a complex digital strategy.
• Briefing and management of the digital team.
• Planning, launch and optimization of channels:

Performance & Paid:

• PPC (Google Ads, YouTube Ads)
• Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
• Retargeting / Remarketing
• CPA / CPL campaigns
• Lead generation

Organic & Owned:

• SEO
• Content marketing
• Email marketing / Marketing Automation
• CRM marketing
• SMM
• Analytics and optimization:
• Web analytics (GA4, GTM)
• A/B testing
• CRO (conversion rate optimization)
• Working with funnels
• Unit economy

3. Brand, communications and PR

• Formation of communication strategy in new markets.
• Adaptation of brand strategy to local features.
• Control of production of marketing materials.
• Work with PR activities and local partners.
• Control of content quality and compliance with positioning.

4. Management and cross-functional interaction

• Setting tasks for the digital team and monitoring execution.
• Cooperation with sales, production, analytics.
• Management of budgets for international marketing activities.
• Formation of KPIs and performance control.

Professional knowledge and skills /hard skills:

• Deep understanding performance marketing and digital ecosystem. 
• Experience with PPC, paid social, lead generation, CRM, SEO. 
• Strong go-to-market development skillsstrategies 
• Understanding of unit economics, LTV, CAC, ROMI.
• Experience in building retention strategies. 
• Understanding the specifics of working on European markets. 
• Experience in managing marketing budgets. 
• Personal qualities: Strategic thinking, strong analytics, proactivity and responsibility for the result.
